Fleets Prep | Colyte Prep
Fleets Phosphosoda Prep Order Instruction
1. Type "ORE" under physician menu. Enter the patient information.
2. Type N when prompt "ACTION" then type SET for "ORDER TYPE".
3. Then type VC for "ORDER SET NAME".
4. Choose 1 for the VC-FLEETS PREP. If patient has contraindication (i.e. Congestive Heart Failure, Heart Disease, and Kidney Disease) to Fleets Phosphosoda you will need to order the Colyte prep.
5. This will bring up exam order and all four prep medications. Press key "F11" to select all.
After pressing "ENTER", "QUICK ORDER" function will prompt. You can change the pharmacy location by typing "NO". Otherwise, press "Enter".
6. Type patient's history.(To fully diagnose each patient, radiologists must know each patient's history) Press "Enter" key until the "File" option comes up and Push "Enter".
Pass out appropriate Prep Instruction Sheet.(Click on the Preparation on the left for a copy)
